Workshop description and scope

Aim and scope: This workshop focuses on mathematical issues arising or related to the complexity of numerical and algebraic algorithms.

Talks will be around 25 minutes long, plus 5 minutes for discussions and questions. This is mainly due to the busy schedule of the conference.
